BODY How to use Autosuggestion to Win The Gold

A survey of college graduates in 2004 reveals that the word –
‘hypnosis’ is second only to ‘public speaking’ in creating
the emotion of fear-and-dread in us.

Profound Scientific Fact: hypnosis is real and a valuable tool
for changing what sucks, and installing what makes us productive.

Career moving like a Zombi? Lousy-relationships? Health not 100%?

Since the 1770s, and Ben Franklin was our Ambassador to France,
Anton Messmer – the father of hypnosis – taught people to improve
their lives. France condemned and ostracized him.
Today – the AMA, ADA and American Psychology Association – all
recommend hypnosis for use in helping patients.

Let’s see the difference between the frightening ‘hypnosis’, and the
easy-as-pie – ‘autosuggestion’.

One brings to mind seeing a grown man on the stage – clucking like-a-chicken,
yet works to almost eliminate horrible pain, but requires shifting control to
a stranger.

Autosuggestion is the brain-child of Emile` Coue`, a French psychologist who
worked from 1857-1926, and helped thousands of Europeans and Americans.

Helped them do what?

He taught them how to give power-messages to their brain to cure their pain,
reach mile-high goals, and live long productive lives.

Sound too good to be true? In 2005 neuroscience confirms his system and results.

Coue`s Three Principles

1. The Law of Concentrated Attention – our mind adopts our focus. Recent research indicates that our ‘eye-movements’ direct our attention. Attitude
mood and comprehension are ‘choices’ from the inside. What we concentrate
on repetitiously becomes our goals.

And?

You cannot score baskets – if you don’t have a ‘hoop’ to shoot at.
Write or type exactly what you want – a promotion, new home, ‘true-love’,
spend 120-seconds at noon – mentally visualizing AS-IF you already had it.

2. The Law of Reversed Effort – when our imagination (right-brain of creativity and emotion), is in conflict with our will (left-brain of logic-and-reason), no contest – our imagination always prevails.

So what?

The harder-you-try, the worse the results. The secret of autosuggestion is
‘relaxation’ to overcome stress – we call it Stressbusting.
But when imagination-and-will are in harmony (brain-balancing) –
one-and-one are not ‘two’, but act to the power of ‘10’.

3. Law of Affect – we are suggestible when we follow our emotions.
Either you run your ‘feelings’ – or they run you, and we have emotions
(enthusiasm/apathy, successful/failure, expectation/depression), all-day,
even when we sleep.

So?

If we do not instruct our brain to see positive-mental-images, think goal-
driven useful thoughts, and choose life-affirming behaviors – our car aint
moving in traffic. It’s called ‘autosuggestion’ and is easy and scientific.

Here’s the first step in using – autosuggestion to attract what you want.

Take just two-minutes on-waking – before life intrudes on you – to use
